MN237 Football Clubs and the UK Stock Exchange added as a second year option.

 

From 2003/2004

FN0141 The Legal Environment replaced LA141 Introduction to English Law from 2003/2004
Minor revision, no significant curriculum change, designed to bring service teaching in house.

 

From 2004/2005

BM125 Introductory IT skills for Business replaced IS161 An Introduction to the use of ICTs from 2004/2005
Minor revision, no significant curriculum change, designed to bring service teaching in house.
LA094 Employment Law added as a level 2 semester 2 option
HR270 Preparing for Graduate Employment added as a level 2 semester option
SM238 SME Creation and Management added as a level 2 semester 2 option.
SM338 Strategic Analysis added as a level 3 option – either semester 1 or semester 2.

 

From 2005/2006

NB113 is recoded as NX0113
All other modules have a 0 inserted before the number e.g FN0135 becomes FN0135
The dissertation now counts as a compensatable module in the final year.
MN0305 renamed Social Accounting, previously Environmental Accounting.

 

From 2007/2008

Final year option list updated and rationalised. MN305 Social Accounting, MN323 Financial Services, and FN321 Case Studies in Interpretation removed.

 

From 2008/2009

Final year options removed by making FN0322 Further Taxation (semester 1) and FN0309 Issues in contemporary auditing (semester 2) compulsory modules rather than option.
In the final year FN315 Comparative International Accounting replaced by FN0360 Ethics and Governance.
In the first year NX0113 Progress and Study Skills for Business & Management and BM0125 Introductory IT skills for business replaced by HR0154 Management.

 

From 2009/2010

HR0273 Employment Law becomes a second year core module and all option modules are removed.
