NBS runs a ‘Speak to Liz’ service for students.  Liz Marjit spends the majority of each day based in the Undergraduate Hub Area and will be available to help students with any welfare issues that they may have and provide guidance on referral to Students Services and other support services.

Student attendance is monitored routinely and Liz will also contact persistent absentees.
